Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco, a Canadian-American singer and songwriter. She has released more than 20 albums. DiFranco's music has been classified as alternative, folk rock but also has influences of hip-hop and jazz. She is widely considered to be a feminist icon. Grammy award winner Ani DiFranco is considered to be the father of the DIY movement being one of the first musicians to launch her own label 1990.
