Zoe-perry
Perry has the father of actor Laurie Metcalf, and Jeff Perry. She made her first appearances in television shows as Jackie Harris, a character which was played by her mother in Roseanne, an ABC show Roseanne. Her parents did not allow her to start acting in front of her family until she reached an adulthood stage, because they were concerned about the stress it would result in. Perry acknowledged that she was not comfortable acting in high school, but started acting to connect with new people during her time at Northwestern University after switching from Boston University. Perry left for New York, where she landed small roles in series such as Law & Order: Criminal Intent. The feeling of homesickness led Perry her back home California which was where theatre jobs were available. She and her mother starred on Broadway with her for the play The Other Place, in 2013. In 2015, she starred with Kevin McKidd alongside her mother in Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer-winning Drama Anna Christie. Odyssey Theatre Ensemble Odyssey Theatre Ensemble is located in West Los Angeles. Perry appeared nine times in The Family, an ABC drama The Family, in 2016. Perry was a regular character in the ABC political drama Scandal that starred her dad. That same year she portrayed a child model of Mary Cooper on Young Sheldon (a CBS spinoff The Big Bang Theory) in which she played her mother in a younger version. The part was offered to her through audition, despite the fact that she has a family tie to the role.
